Coconut Avocado Yogurt Dressing

- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley or dill
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients well in a blender or with a whisk. Serve over any salad. Stores for 1 week in the refrigerator.
