Hi Chrissy! Great question and I’m always looking for cheese substitutes to change things up a bit. I would suggest goat cheese or queso fresco. Both are great flavour enhancers. I would also try to use blue cheese, freshly grated parmesan or even romano is great. Hope that helps! xo debi

You have a couple of recipes using feta cheese. Can you suggest another cheese that will work for this recipe? (..and for the tomato frittata recipe as well ) Thank you!
