Summer Berry Salad with Gorgonzola Dressing

- 1 cup mixed greens
- ¼ cup microgreens
- 1 cup of mixed fresh berries (I used strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
- Garnish withPC Black Label Gorgonzola Dolce Soft Blue-Veined Cheese & PC Praline Pecans
- Drizzle with Honey Mustard Gorgonzola dressing (Recipe below)
Instructions
- Place all salad ingredients on a platter or shallow serving bowl. Garnish with PC Black Label Gorgonzola Dolce Soft Blue-Veined Cheese, PC Praline Pecans and drizzle with honey mustard Gorgonzola Dressing.
