1 cup brussel sprouts, thinly sliced (use a mandolin)
2 cups lettuce greens, chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and rinsed
¼ cup toasted flax seeds
Pomegranate Honey Dressing (recipe below)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and place in fridge for 2 or 3 hours to chill. The dressing will soften the slawad. Serve as a main or a side.
