Prepare tofu by pressing all the moisture out. I usually wrap the block in paper towel and weight it down with a cast iron skillet for at least 30 minutes.
Cut tofu into bite size cubes.
Prepare Patak's 3 step Meal kit according to directions and add the tofu in during the process. Serve with brown or white rice if desired.
