  • 8 oz block of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • ¾ pound confectioner's sugar sifted
  • 3½ ounces sweetened shredded coconut the other half of the 7 oz. bag
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, blend together the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla and almond extracts. Add the confectioners’ sugar and mix until smooth.
