Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup tahini (shake the jar well)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeeze lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup, honey or agave
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon pink sea salt (or regular sea salt is fine too)
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a small blender or jar with a tight fitting lid. Blend or shake well. Serve.
  2. Can be stored up to 7 days in the fridge.
