Coconut Ginger Sticky Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sticky rice, rinsed
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Add rice, milk and ginger into a small pot, bring ti a boil, cover and cook for 12 minutes. Uncover, add water bring to a slow boil, cover again and cook until rice is tender. Keep warm.
