  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons hummus, homemade or storebought
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • Diced red onion, sliced almonds, pea shoots for garnish - optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 500F - Broil Mode
  2. Take sliced croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix next 4 ingredients in a small bowl and brush croissants with olive oil mixture.
  4. Place avocado, greens, salt, pepper, hummus and yogurt in a blender or food processor.
  5. Pulse a few times just to blend. You want this to be chunky and not liquid in consistency.
  6. Place croissants under broiler for a minute or two just to get brown and crispy.
