Coconut Scented Basmati Rice

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups of basmati rice
  • 2 (10 oz) cans of coconut milk
  • pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium size saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk and salt.
  2. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Make sure all the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Serve warm.
