Coconut Scented Basmati Rice

Serves: 4
- 1¼ cups of basmati rice
- 2 (10 oz) cans of coconut milk
- pinch of kosher salt
- In a medium size saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk and salt.
- Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Make sure all the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Serve warm.
