Buttery Garlic Baked Croissants with Turkey & Harvarti
Is there anything better than crispy, toasted, hot turkey + cheese croissants? Nope!
In the mood for a savory treat? These sammies are going to hit the spot.
My recipe for Buttery Garlic Baked Crossaints with Turkey and Havarti are perfect for an easy meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I used freshly baked croissants, creamy havarti cheese slices, smoked turkey, sweet jelly, honey mustard and microgreens.
Once these babies were baked, I drizzled them with honey and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning. I mean, come on with these.
Have you ever made your own croissants? Me neither. Do I want to? What for?
Croissants make any sandwich look elegant. Don’t have croissants? You can use any soft roll with this recipe, it just won’t look as FAHNsayyy. And go big or go home with the size the of the croissant. It’s hearty or bust with these.
These turkey and cheese croissants and super quick to make. The secret is that you assemble the sandwiches and then bake them in the oven for a few minutes. Putting them in the oven makes the croissant really flaky and it melts the cheese. There is definitely something wrong with you if you don’t get excited about the ooey-gooeyness of melted cheese.
Let me just say, these sandwiches are unreal. Reminicent of something you’d get in a French market or a little weekend bakery. Oui, oui mademoisselle.
Um. Just look at these.
Best of all? You can easily make extras to store in the fridge, so you’ll have a meal that’s even faster than the drive thru.
This is truly the ultimate croissandwich I know everyone will love.

There is someone on the lemon app using your recipes and half baked harvest recipes as their own. Even using your photos.
I’d like to know how you made this exact croissants or where did you buy them from? They look exceptional!!
Thanks for sharing! How far ahead of time can I make it?
This looks so good! What a great combination of flavors!
Made these for a little gathering and they were a HUGE hit!! The different flavors all come together in a tasty and elegant way. Thank you for sharing this gem of a recipe.
I dont see turkey in the ingredients
Just a heads up, you don’t have any turkey in the ingredients list.
I think you forgot to put “turkey” on the ingredients list
These were fab! Wonder what they would taste like with raspberry preserves??
Really good!
I noticed you forgot the turkey meat in your ingredients list.
Hi, the croissants look delicious, and I’m assuming could work with either smoked turkey or ham, although smoked turkey sounds like a perfect pairing with havarti. Can you please tell me the amount of turkey used in this recipe? Thank you so much.
Looks delicious, I’m making them tonight. I did want to let you know that the turkey isn’t listed among the ingredients.
I made this for my family last night and everyone loved it! I was anticipating a large amount of leftovers, as there are only 3 people in my family, but we ate all of it. I can’t wait to make this again. It is definitely a new family favorite. Thank you!
I am sooo happy you loved it! I really like mixing sweet and savoury for nice flavour boost. Warm regards!
I was afraid of all the different tastes going on here, but, oh my goodness, sooo good
