Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix together the flour and yogurt.
Turn dough out onto a board and knead for about 2 minutes.
Divide dough half. Then divide into 4 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a 5-6 long log and shape into a bagel - making sure to pinch the ends together.
Repeat with other half of the dough. You will have 8 bagels.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with desired toppings and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
